He counsels sponsors, developers, lenders, and investors on project and portfolio financing, M&A, tax equity and tax credit structures, and joint ventures across the energy transition space.
Jerônimo has experience with solar, wind, storage, hydroelectric, and related transmission assets, and regularly helps clients structure and negotiate secured and unsecured debt and equity investments in complex transactions in the U.S. and internationally.
