Joe supports lenders and corporate borrowers on credit facilities, secured transactions, and related corporate restructuring. He also assists clients with general corporate and business matters. Joe earned both a J.D. and an LL.M. in banking and financial law from Boston University School of Law, where he served as a staff editor for the Review of Banking & Financial Law.
