Emilia is an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation practice. She received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where she served as senior research editor of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. Before joining the firm, Emilia served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge Yvette Kane in the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
