Malcolm is an associate in the Consumer Financial Services Practice Group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. He focuses his practice on complex business and commercial litigation. Malcolm represents financial institutions and other corporate clients in a range of commercial disputes in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
Malcolm graduated from the University of Richmond School of Law where he served as a member of the Richmond Journal of Global Law and Business. During law school Malcolm served as an NGO Observer at the Military Commissions at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay.
